COTRASOFT is a multi-active savings and credit cooperative, a non-profit associative enterprise with limited liability, a variable and unlimited number of members and share capital, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Republic of Colombia, with indefinite duration.

Its corporate purpose is to serve as a business instrument to support and contribute to the comprehensive improvement of its members and the community in general through the promotion of the technology sector.

cotrasoft.co is an informational website presenting the cooperative’s services and benefits. The member transactional platform is located at app.cotrasoft.co and is governed by its own terms and conditions.

The user agrees to make lawful and appropriate use of the site, refraining from actions that may damage, disable, overload or impair the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

4. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, logos, graphics, images and design elements, is the property of COTRASOFT or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
